I'm the manager of Schaffer Loaders Australia. We import German built industrial quality mini loaders, mini diggers, front end loaders, wheel loaders and articulated telehandlers. The smaller articulated loaders are an alternative to the skid steers or "bobcats" that dominate the Australian industry.

We are finding a diverse field including arborists, landscapers, earthmovers, mining, and nurseries are looking for an alternative to skid steers and "bobcats". They want a loader that doesn’t screw up the ground that they are working on. Skid steers skid to turn so can even rip up asphalt, so its pretty obvious what happens when you do a sharp turn in a backyard, leading to time wasted top dressing when it could be put towards the next job. The German built Schaffer Loaders are a very heavy duty, industrial mini loader, which ranges between 1500kg and 8350kg operating weight. Engines are Kubota from 26 to 90hp and water cooled Deutz up to 177hp. Hydraulics’ are all industrial Bosch/Rexroth and axles made by ZF. We have a wide range of attachments to suit any need.
