Nissa doesn't know why her Windows 2000 is in spanish and she finds all of those desktop icons on her PC. Nissa reinstalls Windows 2000 as a new OS. When Sydney finds out that Nissa did this she crashed Nissa's Windows 2000 by downloading a malicious trojan and restarting the computer. Windows 2000 freezes when logging in because there is a Blue Screen of Death coming up.
