Theory X and Theory Y- This Theory states that in an organization two types of factor works. 1- Theory X-- It is a negative approach to motivate employees. Only strictness, can make them work. 2- Theory Y- Positive Approach like increment , appraising can make them motivated.
2 factor theory- Herzberg states that the two factors are essential in an organization. It can increase employees output. - Motivation factor- Increment. - Hygiene- Proper lightning and Clean environment.
