Craft shop supplies makes these look like they are from a commercial chocolate factory, but they are even better because they are fresher, and home made! This party food favorite is a hit with the adults. Cayenne Pepper and Sea Salt are fun toppings, as well as crushed candy canes or colored sugars. White chocolate chips make a nice decor as well.
