Chattahoochee River Is Deadly

Not only is the Chattahoochee River a sewage dump and E Coli infested river, it has, and will continue to take lives. I've lived in Columbus, Georgia and Phenix City, AL (two cities divided only by the Chattahoochee River) all my life. I know what this river is, and what it can, and has done. It's dangerous, very nasty, and very deadly.
