Rahul Mishra @ Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week AW13

The rich textile history and the intricate jaali and chitnz work formed the inspiration for designer Rahul Mishra’s collection. Furthering this inspiration he worked with a host of fabrics like khadi and merino wool to make bold silhouettes that ranged from gowns to dresses. Rahul also played with an illusion where baroque styled embroideries merged into transparent themes. The colour palette largely restricted itself to black, white and red.
