NIGHT STALKER NIECE: "My Serial Killer Uncle Masturbated" During Jailhouse Visits

The niece of Richard Ramirez, aka the serial killer dubbed the "Night Stalker", has stepped forward and given an interview to the Daily Beast about her jailhouse visits. She mentions how he would masterbate in front of her, shame her for wearing a gold cross necklace, made sexual comments, and performed sex acts in front of her and other inmate visitors. Richard Ramirez spent 24 years on death row for the rape, murder, and mutilation of 13 people in Southern California within a two year period in the 1980’s.
