So just to further explain how to change your Virgin Hub.
Go to 192.169.0.1
Log in with your details. (Default is Username : Admin - Password : changeme)
Click on Advanced Settings, underneath the 3 options.
Go down to Modem Mode. Tick the box. The router will now reset itself, and will be in modem mode.You can now ONLY access the internet connected directly to the modem. You will no longer have wireless from the Virgin Super Hub.
Use a second router. Put an ethernet cable in port 1 of both routers. Plug in your 2nd router to the power socket. Your second router will now offer wireless internet, and stop the connection issues.
THIS WILL NOT WORK WITH A SKY ROUTER.
To reset your Virgin Super hub back to a regular router. Plug your computer in directly to the Super Hub, and go back to 192.168.0.1 Repeat the steps above, but this time UNTICK modem mode. The router will reset itself, and you will have wireless back.
