King Juan Carlos and Queen Sofia of Spain have visited the hospital in Santiago de Compostela where scores of people hurt in the country's worst rail crash in decades are being treated.

Eighty people were killed in the disaster and 95 injured, some three dozen of whom are in a critical condition.
