Spain says Gibraltar reef disrupts fishing

Spain's fishermen are protesting an artificial reef laid last month that disrupts their ability to fish in waters controlled by Gibraltar.
Britain has rejected talks with Spain over the issue of Gibraltar's sovereignty and is only willing to discuss fishing practices.
