http://JumpRopeFun.com. In this video we are going to reveal you how to size your Cyclone Jump Rope. So the first thing I desire you to do is loosen the screw clamp at one end of the rope so that you can slide and readjust the rope length.

Now put one end of the rope up under your arm pit. The end to put up under your arm pit is the end of the one with the screw clamp that you did not loosen up a bit.

Then step on the rope seeing to it that your feet are about 2 to 3 inches apart, not shoulder width as that will be too wide. Now bring up the other end of the rope right up under your other arm pit.

You should have the ability to slide the rope through the loosened clamp on this end of the rope so that you can put the handle at the proper area on the rope for your proper length.
