The death of the boys is not the only allegation of wrongdoing against Asaram and his ashram. There have been many more cases registered against the controversial guru, Recently Asharam bapu booked by the Delhi Police for allegedly raping a minor girl of Jodhpur, land encroachments in Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh,attempt to murder and even culpable homicide of young students in 2008. Asaram was in news few months ago for his controversial remark on the victim of Delhi's December 16, 2012 gangrape case. He had said the girl was equally guilty along with her rapists as she should have called the culprits brothers and begged before them to stop.
