Walk is the simplest form of exercise which is very good for your heart and recommended by all the cardiologists. On the World Heart Day last Sunday in Mumbai students from schools and colleges along with senior citizens participated in a walkathon to create the awareness for benefits of walking. In case you have not started walking for your health, all you have to do is take that first step and join the Max Bupa walk for health in association with TIMES NOW on 20th of October. The venue this year in Delhi is Dhyanchand stadium and the venue in Mumbai is Amphitheatre at Bandra fort.
