LIVING DEAD?: Judge Rules Living Man Must Remain Legally Dead

A judge in Ohio has ruled against a man looking to have his death certificate overturned. The man disappeared in the 80’s and was pronounced dead in 1994. He left to avoid paying child support, but turned up 8 years after he was deemed legally dead. His ex-wife supports the judges ruling because she says she can’t afford to pay back the social security benefits she had received after the man "died."
