Africa - Tanzanian traditional instruments - Donondo

A Voices from the Nations production - We had found an old book which showed some of the traditional instruments from Tanzania. In this book there was a picture of a Donondo - I showed these pictures around the village and an old lady pointed at the picture and gestured to us to follow her. An hour later we rounded a maize field to find a very old man and his wife in their small compound playing the instrument.
