[SFM Tutorial] How to fix the color change and sfmphys scripts after the 7/31 source filmmaker update

Update: SFMPhys was updated so the extra file is no longer needed. I believe you do still need to copy those files over.

After SFM updated on July 31 a few of the fanmade scripts broke. Took a little effort but we managed to get it working again.

Thanks to Pte Jack and Doc for the help getting this working
