Anti Fracking continues to go on with a Houston based company in Canada despite a Supreme Court Ruling that Government and Industry must consult with First Nations when it effects them. Both Goverment and Industry have failed the Mi'kmaq First Nations and have virtually ignored the Supreme Court Ruling.
