Disputes over water are common around the world, and many experts believe it could be a cause of war in the coming years. Egypt and Sudan control more than 90 percent of the Nile's waters, but other countries in the basin want a bigger share. Al Jazeera's Rory Challands reports on how tensions are rising between two of those countries.
