We have over 30 years of experience in every facet of the building and property development process.

We pay attention to every detail because we take ownership for the finished product and we want to be proud of our work. We have the experience to know which building materials and construction methods will deliver the highest quality product. We stay current with up-to-date construction science reviews and installation methods to ensure that your house will stand the test of time. We stand behind our work and are committed to following up on all warranty work in a timely fashion.
Teamwork - Our winning strategy to successful construction projects is to build the best team. We have a refined list of trusted licensed/insured subcontractors and suppliers that we have built relationships with over the years. As part of this integral team, we have resources and specialists to help and assist you in selecting customized finishes for your home. In addition, during the concept and/or drawing phases, we can provide constructability reviews and value engineering analysis to help lower construction costs and streamline the building process.
Management and Communication - We promise to keep you informed of everything you need and want to know. We will provide you with Owner Input Schedules so you can know when decisions need to be made in advance. We schedule regular project meetings on site to discuss progress and schedules using effective tools, like Microsoft Project Scheduling, to plan and monitor all the building steps. We invoice after work completion, usually on a monthly basis, and document any Change Orders with clear and fair supporting documentation. We also realize that living next door to a construction site can be challenging so we will work towards minimizing the impact for your neighbors by working only during city allowed hours, by providing temporary fencing, and maintaining a clean jobsite.
