"Saa, Shuppatsuda! Ken-chan to Pepe no Wanpaku Drive" for Pico

A Japanese Pico game designed for the Drive Pico accessory. As far as I can tell in Kega Fusion this is the game from start to finish.

Although the first page has a bit of educational stuff about driving a car, it gets rather silly after that, with luck-based minigames and other stuff.

Also, I swear I this game and the Mushiking Pico game share music...
