Celebrity news website TMZ identified the man as aspiring rapper Lil Za, real name Xavier Smith. Detectives raided Bieber's home after he was accused of pelting his neighbor's house with eggs. The case is being treated as a felony because it caused $20,000 in damages, according to the homeowner.
