Customer service and customer satisfaction, two elements must be addressed in your business plan or business outline. Reason why I say this is because, when I started out in business 25+ years ago I didn't address these areas therefore my business never grew like I had planned. You can say if I didn't write the elements down in my business plan, they become out-sight-out-of mind. When starting out in business be sure to take note of the needed elements one needs to add to the business plan to help keep the elements in the forefront of your tasks needing attention everyday.
