Today you will learn how to make the famous tapenade from South of France. You will need the following ingredients:

- 300 g black olives
- 100 g Capers
- 10 cl of olive oil
- salt.

Put the pitless olives and capers into a blender.
Add olive oil, salt and pepper.
Blend everything.
Enjoy it on toasts!
