Today we’re going to learn how to make scoubidou bracelets with six cords.  For this you will need three cords of three different colors and a pair of scissors.  We begin our scooby by making a loop.  To do this, take two cords and fold them in half.  In the middle you make a knot.  Don’t close the knot completely.  Take your third cord and in the same way, fold it and find the middle.  Make a loop.  Then pass it through the knot.  Tighten the knot around the loop.  Place the yellow cords on the top and on the bottom in opposite directions.  The green cords should be placed on either side of the yellow cords, also in opposing directions.  The red cords should be placed in the same way on either side of the yellow cords in opposite directions.  Next we will form two loops with the yellow cords.  The first one and the second one.  Take the first green cord and pass it over the first yellow loop and through the second yellow loop.  Take the second green cord and pass it over the first yellow loop and through the second one.  Take the red cord and pass it in the same way, over the first yellow loop and through the second yellow loop.  Finally take the second red cord and pass it over the first and through the second yellow loop.  You should have something that looks like this.  We tighten the cords.  Now we have something that looks like this.  We are going to proceed to the second stitch of the scoubidou.  The technique will be exactly the same while keeping in mind to cross the cords each time.  The first yellow cord will depart from here to arrive here.   In the same way the second yellow cord will arrive here, always on the diagonal.  Next we repeat the step, always over the first loop and through the second loop.  This goes for each one of the cords.  Don’t forget that the green cords should always remain side by side just as the red cords remain side by side.  Continue this basic stitch throughout the weaving of your scoubido
