The UK govt is involved a new scramble for Africa under various guises like its 1884 (the Berlin Conference http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Berlin_Conference), to the detriment of not only Africans existing on the continent, but also to people of African descent world-wide.
What is scandalous is that the UK and other post colonial nations are promoting these initiatives through aid money to guarantee vast profits for their corporate organizations under the guise of tackling hunger and poverty.
