The posture of the Raven is a posture of balance. It's basic Hatha Yoga that strengthens your entire
upper body and gains confidence.
To do this :
1 - Come onto all fours, place your hands flat on the floor seperate from your shoulders, your
fingers are spread
2 - Bring your elbows onto your knees
3 - Slowly move your body weight forward until your toes come up from the floor.
4 - Once you're in this position, bring your toes together
5 - Hold this posture for 5 to 10 breaths.
This position strenghtens the wrists, arms, shoulders and abdomen.
