Cop Car Hits Skateboarder | HILARIOUS Reaction

When this Virginia state trooper pulled a U-turn he accidentally hit and knocked over an innocent skateboarder. The skater wasn't hurt, and even held on to his bagel the whole time, but the cameraman seemed to get a big kick out of the incident.
