The South Korean Prime Minister has resigned over the government's handling of the Sewol ferry disaster. At least 187 people are confirmed dead after the ferry capsized and sank over a week ago. More than a hundred people are still unacounted for. Chung Hong-Won said the cries of the families of those missing still haunt him at night. Al Jazeera's Harry Fawcett reports from Seoul.
