Stiliyan Petrov visits Aston Villa training ground for an emotional birthday

The Bulgarian international who was diagnosed with acute leukaemia in March celebrated his birthday with teammates at their training ground.

He remains club captain despite missing the end of last season and is undergoing intensive treatment for the disease.
