QPR striker Djibril Cisse begins a four-match ban after his second sending-off in four league games.
Therefore the possible return of top scorer Heidar Helguson would be timely following two months out with injury.
Arsenal defender Laurent Koscielny is available after missing the victory over Aston Villa last weekend with a knee problem.
