Sosa est un avocat véreux, un carancho. Spécialisé dans les accidents de la circulation à Buenos Aires, il profite sans scrupules des victimes et s'enrichit grâce aux assurances et à la corruption. Un soir, à la recherche de potentiels clients, il rencontre Lujan, une jeune urgentiste. Elle essaye de sauver la vie d'un homme, il essaye d'en faire son client. Leur histoire commence là, dans la rue, la nuit.
