I had to use a rocket jump in order to get the second secret, though I proved that it was possible prior to entering the final room by simply hitting the movable wall. This is the type of stuff that happens when you want to conserve armor. Still, with perfect armor and health we will be entering the final level of Episode 2 where we will hopefully find enough ammo to keep us supplied. Also we managed to find the final gun of the game, the Thunderbolt, which is extremely deadly but Cells, the ammo that it requires, are more rare than other forms of ammo.
