Nikki shows Ti how to make a Sazerac, reportedly the very first American cocktail. If history doesn't impress you, there's still Absinthe! Subscribe: http://goo.gl/Z7lbS

Ti has some experience with Sazeracs. The story involves New Orleans, and vast quantities of booze, and beads and a whole bunch of things we won't repeat here (unless you ask REALLY nicely). Nikki takes this opportunity to teach Ti how to drink a Sazerac made Nikki-style, served up with the traditional Cognac, and a lesson in liquor history and Loushing. Which isn't a dirty thing at all. (This time.)

If you want to make a Sazerac at home, you'll need:
5. OG Cognac Sazerac
1/2 oz Absinthe
1 Sugar Cube
3-5 Dashes Peychaud's Bitters
2 oz Cognac

Do you want to find out first-hand why Ti loves this cocktail so much? Then make it at home, and tell us what you think in the comments! What would your cocktail-based rap name would be? What cocktail lessons would you like to learn in the future? (No Long Island Iced Tea, please!)

Let us know in the comments!
