It is possible to increase your height by exercising regularly and there are plenty of exercises that can help to make you feel taller. These are some that you can try in the comfort of your own home:

1. The Pelvic Shift

Try to maintain that hanging position for at least ten seconds and then repeat the exercise two or three times more.

3. Exercising by swimming on dry land

Lay down on the floor (tummy down). Place both of your arms out in front of you, palms down. Keep your legs straight out behind you then raise your right arm and your left leg at the same time. Hold the position for a few seconds and then change and raise the left arm and right leg. This is a marvellous exercise that helps to tone your lower back muscles and it also helps you to grow taller naturally.
