00:28:21to the nervous system and can be dropped as a gas and also it will be difficult to detect
00:28:27in the American water systems is it dangerous to us not in the way you would imagine the problem
00:28:33is it can be contracted you mean it's not lasting effective and lasting until someone discovers what
00:28:40would bring the subjects back to normal can't you do something or strengthen it you want the people
00:28:48alive and strong so they can work and obey their superiors if I increase the gas they'd mostly die
00:28:54but if they cannot think for themselves how can they possibly reason a counteragent would help
00:29:00them that's where we would have to gamble at least until we had time to develop a second
00:29:06gas how effective is it I'll give you a demonstration Ivan I'm preparing a test be
