Extent of General Motor compensation fund questioned

A fund set up General Motors for victims of its faulty cars has begun accepting claims. However questions remain about whether all those who suffered as a result of faulty ignition switches will be compensated, and whether GM really is committed to there being no cap on the amount the company pays out.
