STORY: The audience was invited to plunge into the ocean at Elie Saab's Spring/Summer 2015 collection presented on Monday (September 29) in Paris. The Lebanese designer's collection this season presented floating dresses imitating the movements of the ocean and exploring all shades of blue, with touches of yellow and coral orange reminding of the undersea colors. The dayside gowns were modern, with jump-suits and short lengths for a graphic and contemporary style. The materials used, such as silk and crepe, gave fluidity to the silhouette, which was ultra feminine as always with Elie Saab, featuring high slits and low V-cuts.

Shiny materials and sequins figured the reflection of the sun on the surface of the sea. Special attention was paid to Elie Saab's signature lace to make it lighter and unveil the skin underneath as if worn away by the ocean.
