US Military Aircraft Crashes in England, Pilot Survives

The pilot of a US military aircraft that crashed in a field in Lincolnshire, England, on October 8, ejected and landed safely, according to RAF Lakenheath. The F-15 aircraft was taking part in a training exercise when it came down in a field near the town of Spalding.This video shows smoke rising from the crash scene. The video was filmed by a construction worker who was working in the area at the time of the crash. “Several planes were flying around the area for about twenty minutes before the crash,” he told Storyful.
