Houthi rebels seize parts of Yemeni port city

Just as Yemen looked like it was turning a corner with the appointment of a new prime minister, it seems to have taken a step back. Shia Houthi fighters have taken over parts of Hudaydah, a major port city. They have also captured Dhamar, a city 100 kilometres south of the capital Sana'a. Al Jazeera's Ali Mustafa reports.
