A twist on the Martinez, the predecessor of the Martini, the Turn of the Century lets the amazing taste of VEEV shine through and finishes smooth with the balance of vermouth & maraschino liquor. The Turn of the Century 2 oz VEEV 1 oz Martini & Rossi sweet vermouth Bar spoon maraschino liquor I dash Angostura bitters Garnish: Lemon oil & peel Glass: Chilled coupe Prep: Stir ingredients until very chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with peel. So go ahead, cheat on your vodka with VEEV.
