On the streets of Jerusalem, Israeli security is out in force.

After yesterday's synagogue attack that left five people 5 dead, they're taking no chances...as worshippers say, they won't be deterred.

(SOUNDBITE) (English) MEMBER OF SYNAGOGUE, AVRAHAM BUKAI, SAYING:

"This terrorist attack is not going to change anything. We're going to continue with our lives."

The Israeli government is calling it a terrorist attack... According to witnesses, two Palestinian men, armed with a meat-cleaver and gun burst into the synagogue where 25 Jewish worshippers were praying.

The incident further increases tension in this Arab East Jerusalem neighborhood.

The home belonging to the Palestinian man who ran over, and killed, two commuters in Jerusalem last month was demolished today

And now, security is high across the board... as both sides prepare for the possibility of more violence.
