Tales of Tomorrow - Season 1 Episode 31 - Red Dust (1952)

The first human mission to another solar system loses 2 crew members on a red dust-covered on which used to house an advanced civilization. The surviving crew members were unable to get anti-radiation shots, because they were both allergic. They need to get back to Earth immediately! The red dust begins to surface in their craft.
