Shaky truce in rebel-held area of Homs

The Syrian army and opposition fighters have agreed to a ten-day truce in the last rebel-held area of Homs.

The government's had the area under siege for two years, and controls the rest of the city.

Activists have described it as another setback for opposition fighters.
