Burgers are the greatest, aren’t they? And, it turns out, they’re pretty easy to make at home. Today, we’re going to show you how to make kick-ass, spicy, turkey burgers that are every bit as awesome as your standard beef variety. But with less saturated fat and stuff. Because it’s Rustic As F#%K.

RECIPE, for those of you who didn’t take notes during this video. Slackers.
For Sauce:
1 cup Greek Yogurt (150 g)
5 Chipotle Peppers, Chopped
1 Tablespoon Lime Juice (15mL)
1/2 tsp salt (~3g)
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir together, and let sit to let flavors combine as you make the rest of the dish.
For Turkey Patties:
2 pounds ground dark meat turkey (Not the super-lean breast - that’ll be dry) (907g)
2 cloves Garlic, Chopped
1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Oregano (2.25 g or 15 mL)
4 Tsp Lime Juice (70 mL)
2 Tablespooons (ish) Adobo Sauce from a can of Chipotle Peppers (35 mL-ish)
Mix together by hand, form into about 5 patties. They should be about a hand’s width thick. sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil to the bottom of the pain to coat. Cook 4-5 minute per size.
Lightly toast the burger bun of your choice.
For Toppings (RUSTIC Toppings), you’ll need for 5 burgers:
1 can Pickled Jalepenos
1 White Onion
2 Avocado
Lettuce
^ This stuff is kinda your preference - add as much or as little as you like.
