In an effort to prove that there is no ceiling on the level of terrible-idea-ness that can go on when designing Japanese snacks, candy company Tirol has started making its chocolate in various limited edition flavors like cheese. And Pizza.

We’re not sure what the point of this is at all, but apparently Tirol has its reasons, because these two new limited edition flavors are just the latest in a string of ill-advised products, including BLUE cheese chocolate, and corn chocolate.

Technically (Noah would like to make it very clear he pointed out), the cheese and pizza-flavored cracker-things that are at the center of these treats is covered in WHITE chocolate. Which isn’t even legally chocolate. Not that that makes this snack food even a little more appealing. But whatever.

Our Friends* at Rocket News 24 tried them out, so you can watch their reactions here:

Would you try cheese or pizza flavored chocolate? What about chocolate-flavored pizza? Have you tried out some of these white-chocolate/cheese hybrids? Are you one of the people who beat us to the purchase on eBay? Have you heard of another snack item that’s even crazier?
