No working lights
No rear brake
One smooth tyre
No vehicle license displayed
The driver stank of alcohol and could not even stand to talk to me because he was so intoxicated
I complained to the manager but she said she cannot do anything I must phone head office, they refused to give me the drivers name.
How long before someone dies??
