In Taipei, a middle aged man was concerned that his penis was overly wobbly and he decided he needed a professional opinion. The doctors told him that he had an underdeveloped penile suspensory ligament, which normally helps anchor a man’s erect penis in a stable position during sex.
The doctors told him it’d be an easy fix. They would just make a small one inch incision above the root of his penis and add two stitches which would help stabilize his wobbly wang. It’s an outpatient procedure, it only takes an hour, and the scar it leaves behind would be covered by pubic hair within a month or two.
