On the second episode of our restaurant series, we bring you Dan's Fish Fry! Dan Fulton purchased the business in 1977, beginning his operation with two school buses that had been converted into kitchens. At that time, he catered around 80 fundraisers with Dan as the only full time employee. Now, 38 years later, the school buses have been replaced with five trailers, each equipped with full kitchens.
