Torrence Hatch (born November 14, 1983) is an American rapper from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, who raps under the name Lil' Boosie.

Lil Boosie's father was shot and killed when Boosie was 14 years old. He recieved his nickname Boosie (after funk bassist Bootsy Collins) by his family and was raised on W. Garfield St. Lil Boosie teamed up with Baton Rouge rapper C-Loc in the late 1990s and made his debut on C-Loc's fifth album, It's a Gamble. Shortly afterwards, Boosie released his debut CD Youngest of the Camp.

Hatch joined a growing record label called Trill Entertainment which was backed by Pimp C of UGK. Pimp C signed Myca Woods and Diante' Finney and assisted him in bringing his legal issues to an end. Soon after, Hatch and Trill independently released the album For My Thugz under Trill. Later in the summer of 2003, Hatch teamed with label mate Webster Gradney, known as Webbie, on the album Ghetto Stories. In 2004, the duo released Gangsta Musik.

Hatch's latest release was Bad Azz, released on October 23, 2006. It features songs such as "Zoom" which features Yung Joc. He has also guest stared on New Orleans Rapper Lil Romeo's song "Country And Gutta" which is on his latest album God's Gift.

His latest release was a collaboration with his label-mates, Trill Ent., titled Survival of the Fittest, It's first single is "Wipe Me Down".
