Japanese pervert sexually assaults woman in public with his genitals

A Japanese man who says he is a big fan of KARA, the Korean superstar, was arrested after attempting to sexually assault a woman at a subway station. The 25-year-old pervert followed a 30-year-old woman to a parking lot and took off his pants when the woman noticed that she was followed. When she screamed and tried to escape, the man came up to her and began rubbing his genitals on her behind.

The woman finally escaped, but the guy went back to the station to look for other victims. Unfortunately for him, he was still there when his first victim came back with the police.
